Privacy notice
Last updated: 9 October 2026
This notice explains how the public IDJ Platform marketing website handles information. This notice does not describe the separate IDJ Ops product's customer-data processing.
Information you choose to send
If you email us or submit our demo enquiry form, we receive the contact information and message content that you choose to provide. We use it to respond to your enquiry and manage related correspondence. Please avoid sending sensitive personal or confidential operational data through an initial enquiry.
Website visits and technical records
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand overall website visits, popular pages, referring sources, device types and approximate geographic regions. According to Vercel, its Web Analytics measures traffic without analytics cookies and stores anonymised visitor data. We use these measurements to improve our website, not for advertising profiles. We also measure a small set of interactions: demo-button clicks, the start and completion of an illustrative product tour, enquiry-form engagement and successfully accepted enquiries. These analytics events contain only fixed event names and limited categories (such as button location or demo versus pilot interest); they do not include visitor names, email addresses, messages or form contents. We do not use analytics cookies or store identifiers for these events. Where a browser indicates a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track preference, our custom interaction events are not sent. Our hosting and security providers may also process technical records such as IP addresses, timestamps and request details to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the site. We do not use advertising pixels. For demo and pilot enquiries, we collect the name, company, business email, team size, interest type and any optional message you submit. We use these details to assess your enquiry and respond, not to add you to unrelated marketing lists. The public enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated submissions; Cloudflare may process technical data for security. We use Resend to deliver enquiry notifications to a private owner-controlled business notification address. We do not currently offer a customer-facing enquiry account.
Sharing and retention
We do not use enquiry information for sale to advertisers. We may rely on email and hosting providers to operate the website and respond to enquiries. Incoming business enquiries may also be copied to a restricted private administrative inbox for follow-up and correspondence backup. Access is limited to the business owner; this private inbox address is not published to customers. We retain correspondence as reasonably needed for follow-up or administrative purposes, subject to applicable legal requirements.
